What You Will Do Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Prepare the restaurant pre‑shift for service
Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the dining experience
Sell the menu using descriptive selling techniques
Take accurate orders and confirm all special requests
Demonstrate mastery of the menu, including wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues to leave guests satisfied
Present timely and accurate bills to finalize the dining experience
What We’re Looking For
Engaging, welcoming personality
Strong descriptive sales skills
2‑4 years of food service experience
Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication skills
Compensation $16.90 per hour.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific location.
