Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. They guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store according to established routines.
Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.
Understand business metrics and use them to improve performance.
Apply proactive thinking to anticipate and resolve challenges.
Pay attention to detail in all store operations.
Operate register and point of sales systems.
Support asset protection efforts.
Create and maintain attractive visual displays.
Execute system and database tasks required for the store.
Work Schedule Requirements
Work 12‑16 hours per week, with availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
Hours may increase during peak periods to meet business needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least one year of retail experience preferred.
Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fashion trends and brand positioning.
Assertiveness, adaptability, and stress tolerance.
Poise, ambition, and multi‑tasking ability.
Applied learning mindset and solid work ethic.
Experience with omni‑channel services a plus.
