Restaurant Manager
– Clyde's Willow Creek Farm, Broadlands, VA
Role Overview Join Clyde’s Restaurant Group to manage a historic dining experience at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm, an 18th‑century restored farm restaurant.
Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 / year (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonus Potential.
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop front‑of‑the‑house (FOH) employees.
Create and post FOH weekly schedules and set specific service goals for the staff.
Work the floor hands‑on by greeting guests, processing checks, and investigating & resolving customer complaints.
Interact with guests to establish genuine, friendly rapport.
Conduct daily menu classes and write agendas for and conduct departmental meetings.
Direct employees in safety and health prevention measures.
Assist in monthly inventory and attend and participate in weekly manager meetings.
Qualifications
Hardworking, attentive, with a passion for hospitality and excellence.
2‑3 years’ experience as a dining room manager, preferably in a high‑volume restaurant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Dedication to providing exceptional guest service and value.
Disciplined yet fair in enforcing performance standards and in employee development.
