About Us LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

Position LADACIN Network's Early Intervention program offers excellent career opportunities for Special Educators and Child Development Specialists. Be part of a very supportive and transdisciplinary team working with children with developmental delays from birth to age three in a home‑based program.
Immediate openings in Ocean County
Part‑time employment and flexible scheduling available
On‑site childcare at reduced staff rates (in Monmouth County)
Agency‑sponsored CEU courses at reduced rates
Mentorship Program
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a health, human service, or education field, and at least one year of experience working with children 0-3 with developmental delays and disabilities or at least six credits in infant and toddler development or early childhood development.
Location LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This position is in Ocean County.
