What You'll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the food and beverage facility to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal policies.
Collaborate with facility staff and local authorities as needed to address security concerns and support a secure environment.
Remain alert and attentive during patrols to deter theft, property damage, or other disruptive behavior.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
