Responsibilities
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service.
Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade‑ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop‑ins; responding to inquiries recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; offering warranties, services, financing; collect payment; deliver automobile.
Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
Eagerness to improve
2 years in Automotive Sales Experience
Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
Acceptable valid driver’s license
