Lot Attendant - MTA Baltimore Sisson/Lombard
Transdev North America is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day‑to‑day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer‑service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $23.00 – $23.69 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement). Starting pay $23.00 with progression to $23.69 over 1 year.
Vacation: up to 14 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full‑time employees
Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees
Life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles – interior and exterior
Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations
Maintain vehicle mileage records
Building supplies inventory
Clean and maintain building interior and exterior
Other duties as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
Typically involves long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors
