Rental Service Agent
Join Indie Campers as a Rental Service Agent and be the face of our company at our depot in Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. You will report directly to the Branch Operations Manager and ensure an outstanding level of customer service while maintaining our fleet of campervans.
ABOUT US Indie Campers is the go‑to campervan marketplace on a mission to make road trips available to everyone. With a digital and customer‑centric approach, we offer a strong booking experience and high‑quality trips at affordable prices. Over a million nights have been rented, benefitting more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check‑ins and check‑outs.
Prepare and clean our campervans.
Maintain our fleet in top condition and monitor maintenance and repair needs.
Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments.
Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Travel enthusiast with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail or rent‑a‑car (desirable).
Excellent communication skills and aptitude for direct customer contact (mandatory).
Eligible to work in the U.S., have a valid driver’s licence, and can confidently drive a campervan (mandatory).
Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
Responsible, reliable, well‑organised, and good at problem solving.
