Job Description
The Consumer Testing Associate position is a part‑time role offering approximately 10–18 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between Monday and Saturday (additional hours may be required as needed). Pay is $16.00 per hour. Candidates residing within a commutable distance to Plymouth, MN are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Server – Deliver testing product and ensure proper consumer test instructions are followed. Kitchen – Prepare testing product using the protocols designated by the client. Host – Conduct respondent check‑in, communicate with recruiter, process incentive payouts, perform light computer and administrative duties. Moderator/Facilitator – Lead respondents through testing and coordinate sample distribution with servers.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Critical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Interpersonal skills to interact with both the public and Eurofins National Food Labs’ clients. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate the computer easily (particularly Internet, Microsoft Office and Outlook). Pride in self by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility regarding scheduling, including long hours.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of computers and software programs. Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours (with lunch & breaks in between). Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Required Licenses or Certificates
Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.

This entry‑level, part‑time position is located in Plymouth, MN and offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds (50 lbs. with assistance). Ability to stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Lab processes known food allergens including egg, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sulfites, gluten, chocolate, fruit, natural or artificial sweeteners, natural or artificial colors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
