Senior ROW Agent – HNTB

What You’ll Do
Prepare offer and conveyance documents for property being acquired for transportation or utility projects.
Review title work to determine ownership and encumbrances needing to be cleared, as well as appraisals to understand the basis of the offer and impact to the property.
Meet or communicate with property owners to negotiate the offer for the proposed right of way. Report to lead right of way agent for project and/or right of way manager.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Right of Way Agents I-III and be responsible for timely completion of the negotiation stage of projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
HS/GED and 9 years experience with right of way (DOT, transit or utility) or other relevant experience.
Real estate license, as required by state law.
What We Prefer
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. SR/WA designation.
10+ years relevant experience.
