We are seeking an experienced Floral Sales Manager to lead our Los Angeles wholesale warehouse and drive continued growth.

Position Summary The Floral Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales and day-to-day operations at the Los Angeles wholesale location. This role oversees sales performance, team leadership, inventory and financial management, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can motivate teams, execute sales strategies, and ensure operational and financial goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Growth

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed a 10 percent annual growth target.

Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue and margin improvement.

Team Leadership and Development

Directly supervise and train employees across sales, customer service, warehouse, and transportation functions.

Set performance expectations and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Operations and Supply Chain Oversight

Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including receiving, inventory management, invoicing, purchase orders, and credits.

Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through product expertise and market insight.

Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing to support promotions, social media initiatives, and demand-generation activities.

Collaborate with managers across wholesale locations to share best practices and support new business opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations in a fast-paced environment.

At least two to three years of people management experience, including coaching and team development.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.

Strong financial and operational acumen, including inventory control and accounts receivable.

Proficiency with computers and standard business software.

Minimum of one year of floral sales and management experience required.

Spanish preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the floral industry or a related perishable goods environment.

Strong leadership presence with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Physical and Travel Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with assistance as needed.

Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and navigate stairs or uneven surfaces.

Travel as necessary, primarily In-state.

Competitive salary $75,000 - $90,000 base DOE, with bonus opportunity.
