We are currently recruiting an experienced
Housekeeping Director
for a long-term care facility in
Breman, GA.
Housekeeping Director
position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.
Housekeeping Director Key Duties
Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Director Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital, and our healthcare required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge of OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, and survey process.
