Pay $60,000–$90,000 per year (base) + hourly commissions and bonus depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in compliance with code.
Service and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
Work on water, gas, sump, re‑circulating, and purification lines.
Troubleshoot hidden plumbing problems behind walls, ceilings, and underground.
Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers.
Perform drain‑cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines.
Safely use ladders (6, 12, or 20 ft) to access roofs and overhead areas.
Research, order, and track parts; maintain and restock service‑vehicle inventory.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals.
Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements
GED or high school diploma.
2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Ability to handle stressful conditions and possible confrontations.
Availability for extended hours, nights, or weekends.
Physical stamina: standing, walking, climbing ladders, stairs; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
