Role Description This is a full-time, or part time chair rental for a Hairstylist located in Seal Beach, CA. We are offering LOWER RENT at this time for stylists to continue to build their clientel. 2 year+ experience required. Seal Beach business license and current cosmerology license is required.
The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The role includes consulting with clients to understand their preferences, providing recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Building strong client relationships, keeping up with the latest trends in hair care, and meeting safety and hygiene standards are also integral to this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting and Custom hair color and highlighting techniques
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to stay updated on industry trends
Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
