Key Responsibilities
Lead full culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
Oversee P&L responsibilities with an eye for contract-managed service operations
Develop creative, cost-effective menus that highlight local and sustainable ingredients
Maintain rigorous cost controls, purchasing standards, and inventory systems
Champion sustainability initiatives across the kitchen and service environment
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of HACCP
Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a restaurant environment with solid purchasing and inventory control
Deep understanding of food and catering trends—quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and exceptional presentation
Proven catering experience to execute and lead high-level catered events
Experience with exposition cooking
Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
ServSafe certification a strong plus
