CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) provides pay ranging from $160,579.80 to $231,948.60 per year, based on experience and skills. Employment type: Full‑time, Executive‑Level. Department: Legal. The Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist will support a fast‑paced government litigation portfolio, ensuring solutions align with Federal and FBI discovery policies. The role demands technical expertise, legal understanding, and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and assess their effects on current discovery policies. Keep abreast of the commercial industry to apply new technology or best practices that improve discovery processes. Verify that proposed solutions meet underlying needs and test system upgrades or patches before release. Confirm that new business capabilities address existing requirements. Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronic information in support of civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA, congressional requests, and other inquiries. Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of material. Update or create standard operating procedures for the Discovery Technology role. Provide a strong technical background on electronic discovery applications and a solid understanding of legal requirements. Qualifications

5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions. 3 years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects. 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Experience covering the full EDRM (File to Trial). Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred). B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent; J.D. highly preferred. Benefits
