Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45 am‑3:45 pm
Pay:
$15.00 – $16.00 per hour Sign‑On Bonus:

Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas.
Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments — vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
Perform housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition.
Attend in‑service training and education sessions as assigned.
Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Good command of written and verbal English and ability to follow instructions.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Physical ability to lift 50 lb.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Moderate to heavy physical effort 95% of the work day.
Stand, walk long distances up to 8 hours per day; stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stretch.
Lift and carry up to 50 lb independently; push or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lb.
Operate vacuum, work in confined spaces, and have constant contact with residents.
Potential exposure to communicable diseases, unpleasant odors, high heat, and cleaning chemicals.
