Terracare Associates – A Monarch Landscape Company, Livermore, CA.
Compensation:
$23.00/hr - $32.00/hr . 1,000 signing bonus (conditions apply). Job is open year‑round; apply now.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain TCA company standards in all interactions, including those with clients and personnel.
Inspect, program, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as instructed by the Irrigation Manager or other project managers.
Document employee and equipment use for each project.
Maintain awareness of all budgets for assigned work and communicate with manager and other project managers regarding any budget concerns.
Ensure all company equipment and vehicles are operated and maintained properly, initiating any needed action to remedy malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
Maintain all safety standards on every job and while on TCA property.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ideal applicant has 1–2 years experience in irrigation and leadership skills to handle daily tasks and issues.
Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation systems, with at least 1 year of applied experience preferred.
General knowledge of landscape maintenance.
General knowledge of zoning, guidelines, and applicable laws.
Valid driver’s license meeting TCA requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co‑workers.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
