As an Assistant Banking Center Manager, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Train and coach a team, making decisions in collaboration with Banking Center leadership. Communicate effectively, motivating others while responding to their needs. Perform detailed work efficiently within established guidelines. Participate actively in maintaining policies, structure, and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent. Registered and licensed in NMLS as required by the S.A.F.E. Act. Valid driver’s license and driving history meeting bank driver standards.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 3-4 years of cash handling or financial service experience. 2+ years of successful sales experience. 4-5 years of relevant job experience. Bilingual language skills. Passionate, self‑starter with strong work ethic. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. Capacity to handle multiple tasks and computer systems.
This role is eligible for a scorecard‑based incentive plan and includes a generous benefits package: insurance, 401(k), stock purchase program, paid time off, and associate banking perks.
