Aseptic Cleaning Technician - Part Time Join the PCI Pharma Services team as an Aseptic Cleaning Technician. This part‑time role involves strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to clean and sanitize equipment, formulate cleaning solutions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform sanitization duties in the cleanroom while aseptically gowned.

Properly formulate sterile/nonsterile disinfectant cleaning solutions in Drug Product areas.

Record and complete documentation as needed, including forms and logbooks in compliance with cGMP guidelines.

Participate in regularly scheduled group trainings and departmental meetings.

Assist with internal investigations (Deviations, Safety Audits, Internal Audits).

Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization in designated areas within the cleanroom as indicated in SOPs.

Operate general production equipment such as autoclaves.

Collect used disinfectant solution waste and place in the appropriate disposal unit.

Ensure regular and reliable attendance on a full‑time basis or in accordance with posted schedule.

Exhibit professional behavior with internal and external associates, reflecting positively on PCI.

Align actions with PCI Pharma Services cultural values and company goals.

Shift Monday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (eligible for 10% pay differential) Sunday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

0–1 year of aseptic gowning, cleanroom, and/or cGMP experience.

Knowledge of cleanroom behavior and aseptic technique concepts.

Ability to use equipment documentation (logbooks, binders) as required.

Basic understanding of solution chemistry preferred.

Familiarity with QAD, ACE, LIMS, and RAM preferred.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Teamplayer and able to work independently.

Detail‑oriented.

Aseptic Gowning Qualification will be required.

Physical Demands

Occasionally required to sit and reach for computers and other office equipment.

Occasionally stand for extended periods up to four hours.

Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Constantly view objects at close and distant ranges.

Frequently communicate with others.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring rate $19.54 – $21.98 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
