Job Description As a
Security Officer - Flex Tech Facility Patrol , you will serve and safeguard clients across industries, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, and fostering a secure environment. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support an exceptional customer experience while you act with integrity and teamwork.
Position Type Flex Part‑Time
Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour
Job Schedule Thur 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

What You'll Do
Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and, where appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor and report unusual activity or concerns.
Assist visitors and employees with security inquiries and guidance.
Collaborate with allied team members to maintain a secure environment.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervision/management, or 3 years of security-related experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
A guard card or license preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Alarm panel experience preferred.
Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
