Service Leader – Chipotle Mexican Grill
Join us as a Service Leader at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The role focuses on maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the crew provides excellent service.
Opportunity The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring safe and quality food, training crew, and supporting food safety protocols. They will stand actively during shifts, evaluating tasks, and assisting others as needed.
What You’ll Do
Ensure high quality, safe food is served.
Resolve food quality issues.
Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, shelf life monitoring, and compliance with daily food safety checklist.
Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house crew.
Assist with crew performance reviews.
Develop future Service Leaders.
Assist with office administration: banking, cash handling policies, paperwork.
Maintain office equipment and order supplies.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
Familiarity with office paperwork.
Strong communication in primary language(s). (written, spoken, read, understand)
High school diploma.
Restaurant experience.
