Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Allen, TX, for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality of food and beverage service and that guests have an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, providing hospitality training, crafting and implementing sales strategies for the bar, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires leadership and organizational skills to develop and motivate the team while achieving operational goals.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and lead a diverse team effectively.
Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with a strong understanding of menu offerings, inventory management, and quality control.
Proficiency in employee Training and team development to ensure consistent service excellence and professional growth.
Ability to create and implement Sales strategies, fostering revenue growth and meeting business goals.
Leadership skills, organization, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in restaurant or bar management is preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice settings is an asset.
