Daily tips (cash & card)
Monthly bonuses: $250–$800/month after 3 months
$500 sign‑on bonus (requires 3 months of driving)
Raise eligibility after 6 months of training

What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
Load and unload truck safely and efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
Drive company trucks (no experience required – we train)
What We’re Looking For
Age 21+ with a valid, clean driver’s license
Dependable and punctual
Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
Positive attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach the rest
