This full‑time opportunity is ideal for a behavior analyst experienced in outpatient settings with children and adolescents. We seek a candidate who is a BCBA‑D or BCBA and is licensed in South Dakota. The role includes work in a pediatric residential setting, focusing on severe behavior.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop evidence‑based intervention plans for residents.
Create and implement individualized ABA programs, including EIBI or ESDM when appropriate.
Lead treatment teams and collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
Track progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions.
Provide training and mentorship to BCBA‑students and other team members.
Assist with research and quality improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree and BCBA certification &licensure in South Dakota required.
Experience with early childhood development preferred.
Prior experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviors preferred.
Ability to provide early intervention services using Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) or Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) preferred.
