SENIOR COOK
position.
Location: 275 North City Station Drive, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.
Schedule: Full time schedule, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, days may vary with rotating weekends and holidays. Details discussed in interview.
Requirement: Previous line cooking and batch cooking experience preferred, not required.
Perks: Off‑street parking, close to public transit, willing to train, paid time off, opportunity for advancement.
Pay Range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Job Summary Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
Stores, labels, and dates food items per policy; helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs.
Assists in cross‑training employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
