Retail Scan Associate (Coralville, IA 52241)
Permanent part‑time position. ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit selected stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The collected data is analyzed and used to improve sales performance for the product and the retailer.

Grocery – Tiffin, IA 52340 – Monday or Tuesday
Convenience – Iowa City, IA 52240 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Convenience – Wellmann, IA 52356 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Convenience – Iowa City, IA 52246 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Convenience – Williamstown, IA 52361 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Responsibilities • Perform in‑store data collections at assigned retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. • Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across numerous store locations. • Estimate 4–6 hours per week per store, depending on size and project requirements. • Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products. • Complete full‑store display scanning weekly, often taking several hours. • Handle custom projects, additional 30 minutes to 2 hours weekly, for specific product details requested by clients. • Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver high‑quality, accurate data.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
Ability to stand, walk and access products for long periods.
Can lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
Comfortable performing repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs.
Attention to detail and strong independent work ethic.
Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
Reliable Wi‑Fi access.
Tech savvy; comfortable using mobile applications.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
