Description The Somerpointe Sales Agent focuses on conducting face‑to‑face sales presentations sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and providing prospective guests with information on our vacation ownership product options.
Responsibilities
To conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations sharing the benefits of vacation ownership.
To generate sales through sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and using proper closing techniques.
To provide prospective owners information on our vacation ownership product options.
To provide prospective owners a full and complete walking tour of Tahiti Village as set out in the sales process.
To ensure the sales process is adhered to once the initial sales training is complete.
To maintain sales results at an acceptable level as determined by management.
Requirements
Must have effective oral and written English communication skills.
Must be able to maintain a calm friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
Required obtain or have a Nevada TSA or Real Estate License.
