Job Description We are seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager to support the West Industrial and Environmental Territory, covering microelectronics, chemical, petrochemical, municipal, and food & beverage markets. The role involves developing strong partnerships with customers, leading discovery, opportunity evaluation, and closing, expanding our install base, and traveling to regional client sites in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

Duties & Responsibilities
Generate new business and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success.
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions.
Report on account and transaction status.
Set and track sales targets, monitor sales metrics.
Attend trade shows and conferences within the territory.
Understand competitors’ products and sales distribution.
Travel within territory for demos and product sales.
Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Experience with analytical instruments in Industrial or Environmental industries.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑focused skills.
In‑depth knowledge of industrial applications for product lines.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated.
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Education & Experience
Required
– Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field and 5 + years of technical commercial experience in sales or application.
Ability to travel 50 % of the time, including some international travel.
Ability to drive.
Preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field and 5 + years of technical commercial experience.
Thorough understanding of industrial wastewater treatment systems, high‑purity wastewater treatment systems, and municipal drinking water & wastewater systems.
