Your Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
Consult customers on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Retail, Customer Service, or Sales experience helpful, but not required.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
