KEY JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring kitchen staff consistently follow quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Staying current with culinary trends and modern kitchen practices
Managing suppliers and ensuring all goods meet quality standards at reasonable prices
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as required
Overseeing kitchen equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs when necessary
Handling staff matters, including attendance, sick leave, and disciplinary actions
Creating new dishes and updating menus to increase guest appeal and drive revenue
Ensuring guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience
