Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of the care management portfolio that optimises patient outcomes, care coordination, and operational efficiency. Conducts market research, collaborates with clinical and technical teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product lifecycle. Skilled in crafting and executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with vision and customer needs to ensure products meet the needs of providers, payers, and patients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Competent, self‑starter with ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritise work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders.

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of solutions that will drive outcomes.

Partner with various cross‑functional stakeholders to gather insights, define requirements, and prioritise features based on business impact, value, viability, and feasibility.

Collaborate with design team and engineering team on the delivery of product deliverables, ensuring quality and usability.

Manage product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future strategy.

Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Ensure customer/user problems are addressed for prioritised initiatives.

Maintaining and prioritising a dynamic product backlog, incorporating feedback and adjusting priorities to meet evolving business goals.

Develop lean business cases for Epic and feature acceptance, makes recommendations and defines what success will look like for Epics that are critical to driving value for strategic priorities.

Sets and owns vision and roadmaps for their team as well as provides subject matter expertise and guidance on the product strategy to scrum teams and leaders.

Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short‑term and long‑term product direction (outcome roadmap).

Partner with other areas including architecture design, and engineering to lay the groundwork for future feature delivery.

Prioritises and aligns the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programmes — managing the flow of work through the programme and into the programme backlog.

Escalates risks and issues to programme backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on trade‑offs and solutions.

Responsible for release definition as well as works with release management, where applicable, to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer participant in bi‑weekly System Demos.

Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data mapping, integration points, process workflows from an end‑to‑end perspective.

Ability to analyse, map, translate technical changes to business value and communicate to various stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (Business Epics, features, user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using various tools (i.e. Rally, Visio, Lucid chart, etc.).

Required Qualifications

7+ years work experience.

CSPO / SAFe Agilist / SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager (POPM) certified or equivalent certification.

Experience with enterprise and vendor integrations.

Strong knowledge of data management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the healthcare industry or with clinical programmes is a plus•.

Experience with Epic implementation lifecycle (e.g., upgrades, optimisation projects).

Experience with clinical health care / pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or Business Analytics or Computer Science or related degree.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$142,140.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programme in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award programme.
