Sales and Catering Coordinator Northwest X Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing candidates for this role. The position supports all three NSH hotels, including the Courtyard, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn Express.

Summary of Position The primary purpose of this position is to perform catering sales support duties and assist in managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction, solicit business, and meet or exceed catering revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the development and solicitation of business from all markets to secure advance bookings for profitable catering operations.

Book events, create banquet event orders, contracts, and finalize function details.

Coordinate corporate, wedding, and special event business.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Benefits

Competitive salary: $18 – $22 per hour.

Paid Holidays (6 after one year of service).
