What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone in various contexts
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions
Passion for providing advice and support over the phone
Technology-savvy and comfortable working with modern IT tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus, though not required
A strong desire to learn and deliver exceptional service
