Overview Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician‑led and physician‑owned anesthesia group, seeks CRNAs to join our growing team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, CT.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary: $312,000
Sign‑on bonus: $50,000
Medical leave: 8 weeks PTO

Practice Setting
Facility: Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington, CT
Operation rooms: 4 general ORs, 1 gastrointestinal OR, 1 obstetrics OR – 4 ORs start at 7 a.m.
Annual census: about 5,100 cases (B&B, OR, GI, minimal OB)
Hospital type: 122‑bed community hospital with Level III trauma services
Scope: Full scope anesthesia practice
Team model: Care Team
Malpractice: Active medical malpractice coverage
Requirements
Active CT license
Board‑certified CRNA
Certification: ACLS, PALS, BLS
No on‑call duty
