We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who is warm, dependable, and ready to become part of a long‑term home. This is an on‑site, full‑time position at our Phoenix office. Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and help schedule service appointments Assist customers with kindness, patience, and professionalism Support our technicians and office team with daily coordination Enter customer information accurately into our system Be a calm, friendly voice for customers who need help What We’re Looking For

Friendly, professional communication skills Dependability and strong attendance Basic computer skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just pass through Qualifications

Experience in customer service or support preferred Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate records and data High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer
