Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) at HearthWell Recovery, located in Dover, NH. The CRSW will provide peer‑to‑peer support for individuals on their recovery journey. Responsibilities include offering guidance and encouragement, facilitating recovery‑oriented activities, documenting client progress, and assisting with accessing necessary resources. The role requires fostering safe and respectful spaces for individuals to develop confidence and resilience in their pursuit of lasting recovery.
Qualifications
Proven skills as a Certified Recovery Support Worker and experience in providing peer support services in recovery settings.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients, foster trust, and provide empathetic guidance.
Experience with safeguarding practices and creating a safe, supportive environment for individuals in recovery.
Competency with documentation and technical tools to track client progress and provide effective support.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team‑based setting.
Active CRSW certification and understanding of recovery principles and resources.
Experience in mental health or substance use recovery services is preferred but not required.
