What You’ll Do

Lead the activities of team members on shift.

Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with travelers and appropriately resolving complaints.

Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.

Operate POS system, accurately process payments, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies.

Ensure proper food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.

Perform kitchen tasks including prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.

Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.

Actively cross‑sell and up‑sell products.

Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.

Assist in training new team members.

Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.

Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems.

Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Requirements

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.

Requires ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers.

Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
