Occupational Therapist – Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient‑centered care in our inpatient setting. The role involves assessment, intervention, and collaboration to promote recovery and functional independence for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental quality management.
Work scheduled on holidays and weekends as indicated by staffing levels for inpatient assignments.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
Licensed in the state of hire and eligible for licensure in an alternate state (license to be obtained within 3 months of hire).
Current certification in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR (biennial certification required).
