About the Opportunity Lyra’s provider network is composed of in‑person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. This opportunity is a great fit if you’re an independently licensed clinical therapist We encourage clinicians who can provide culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Candidates should have experience with a spectrum of mental health needs, from mild to severe, and be willing to work in Baltimore with the option for in‑person care through a private or group practice. Full‑time residency in the United States is required.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)

Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action

Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement‑based care, skills practice)

Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person delivery

Must have office space to see clients in the Baltimore area

Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed

Full‑time resident of the United States
