$115,000 - $140,000 per year + uncapped bonus potential.

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified NP for post-acute and skilled nursing care. We provide training, mentorship, and support for both experienced providers and new graduates.
What You’ll Do As a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, you will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health. No two days are the same.
Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Who Should Apply We welcome both experienced providers and motivated new graduates.
NP License (or eligibility to obtain)
is required. All experience levels are welcome; training and mentorship are available. Strong passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care; excellent communication skills; patient‑first approach.
