Responsibilities
Help patients with debilitating conditions improve daily living skills and basic motor functions.
Administer skilled care in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care.
Teach family and team members using individualised treatment plans.
Collaborate under the supervision of the Branch Director.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed in the state of practice.
Minimum of one year of experience preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval.
Medicare home‑health experience preferred.
