Registered Nurse - RN - Transitional Care Unit
Join our team as we seek a Registered Nurse to work on our Transitional Care Unit – a 32‑bed unit specializing in nursing care for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, and Cardiac patients ages 18 and older. The average length of stay is 2‑3 weeks, offering the opportunity to build relationships with patients on their road to recovery. Employment Details

BSN or ADN from an accredited school/college of nursing Illinois Board of Nursing license and BLS provider (American Heart Association) – required prior to hire 1 year of experience (preferred – we welcome new grads) Compensation
BSN Pay Range: $34.76 – $57.06 per hour ADN Pay Range: $32.31 – $50.71 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
