Key Fasteners Corporation is an industry leader in cold‑formed fastener manufacturing, serving the automotive industry. Our 120,000 sq. ft. facility in Berne, Indiana produces nuts, bolts, pins, rivets, and engine‑critical components used in vehicles worldwide.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate thread‑rolling machines to produce quality products.
Plan and perform close tolerance setups with minimal assistance.
Use scales, microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and fixed gauges to check and gauge work.
Load and unload product using a forklift.
Read and follow process standards, control plans, and work instructions.
Start machine, observe operation, inspect first run and sample workpieces to ensure part conforms to specifications.
Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn.
Good attendance.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
May need to train on a different shift.
