2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor – Mars Electric Co.
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for warehouse operations and team development? We’re seeking a high-performing Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order processing and warehousing activities within a fast‑paced distribution environment.
Hours 2pm – 11pm, Monday‑Friday
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of hourly employees, including department leads.
Oversee daily work including order processing, quality control, logistics coordination, and end‑of‑day facility closure.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforced daily.
Oversee all facets of wire handling operations.
Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient truck loading.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operation and personnel issues within your team.
Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coach, mentor and provide feedback to support the development and improvement of employees; liaise with HR for escalated performance matters.
Maintain warehouse facility standards by ensuring organization, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or operations preferred.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience required.
Proven ability to set clear performance expectations, hold regular progress check‑ins, and deliver constructive evaluations.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools.
