Field Supervisor – Commercial/Industrial Flooring
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to lead projects in polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions in Phoenix, AZ.
Summary Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to these flooring system projects. The Field Supervisor will oversee organization, scheduling, and implementation of each project.
Duties
Ensure timely daily communication with sales, operations, clients, and field personnel.
Travel to customer facilities, including multi‑state travel.
Frequently inspect projects to maintain quality standards.
Oversee crew performance to meet customer expectations.
Set up and maintain a safe job site.
Coordinate activities related to installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
Organize, schedule, and implement each project.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to order materials for projects.
Qualifications
Knowledge of administration and management of flooring projects.
Two to three years of previous flooring experience.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to direct supervisors and crew.
Can work both individually and within a team.
Current driver’s license in good standing.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to drive long distances and stay overnight.
Exposure to construction conditions.
