Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record and communicate patient condition.
Serve as coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders; assess and coordinate patient care needs with healthcare team.
Requirements
BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credential from Indiana Board of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
