Job Description
Install and replace residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
Plan and perform installations that meet local code requirements and ensure each job passes final mechanical inspection on the first try.
Communicate with customers on site, providing an outstanding install experience.
Ensure jobs are properly staged, completed, and signed off on installation checklists.
Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
Work independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve field problems.
Demonstrate honesty, dependability, high integrity, and a professional company image.
Organize and categorize inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
Explain maintenance contract benefits to existing customers and perform preventive maintenance to protect investments.
Job Skills & Qualifications – Required
3 to 5 years or more of HVAC installation experience.
Current driver’s license and good driving record.
Pass drug test and background check.
Job Skills & Qualifications – Preferred
Own tools.
Experience running service and maintenance calls.
Registered NATE Certified.
EPA Certification.
Salary & Incentives Installers receive a base salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, up to $35+ per hour, with performance‑based incentives. Applicants are paid appropriately for all skill levels.
