Hours and Location
Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays
Normal setting: material recycling facility landfill in Springdale, AR
What you’ll do
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company operating safety policies and procedures.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain accurate records.
Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Over 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Physical Demands
Use motor coordination with finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding, machine operation) most of the workday.

Exposed to physical occupational risks (e.g., cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals) rarely.
Exposed to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements most of the workday.
Normal setting: shop or field.
