RBT/BT – Afternoon & Evening Shift, Carroll County
Join the Channel ABA team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing evidence‑based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents in Carroll County.
What you’ll do
Provide 1:1 ABA services per individualized treatment plans.
Teach communication, social, daily living, and coping skills using high‑quality, trauma‑informed practices.
Implement behavior‑support strategies safely and consistently.
Collect accurate session data and complete electronic documentation promptly.
Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and your supervising BCBA.
Participate in required supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with IBHS regulations and agency policies.
Required qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred);
BCaBA;
High school diploma and completion of a 40‑hour RBT Task List training;
At least 2 years of ABA experience and 40 hours of ABA training.
Additional requirements
High school diploma or higher.
Reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 45 minutes.
Ability to meet the physical demands of working in dynamic environments.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with children and families.
